When life gets too stressed, what do you do? Do you jump into bed and sleep it off? Do you just play a game and hope everyone will leave you alone? Or do you face that stress head on and tell it to sod off?

I haven't been around much because I'm dealing with a lot of real life stress and dealing with it gets old.

I have jumped into a game and tried to escape it, only to have some people bring their stress into a game which I want to escape from real life hassles... le sigh... well it'll work out in the long run.

I wanted to let those who still come here, know that I'm not dead.

So, I'm curious about you fine folks? The ones here at dA that play CoH and anyone else that might pop by...

What I'm curious about is, what is your "main" in CoH/CoV?

Why did you pick that particular set, archetype?

If you could have picked a different set, archetype would you do it differently?

What do you think sets your character apart from the rest?

I'll do the honour and answer my own questions.

My main is and always will be Tax E Girl, my level 50, she is an Empathy and Psychic Blast Defender. I picked a hero because that is all that was available when I started playing this game.

I had picked Empathy because I like the idea of being able to "heal" people and well, I like pink and the only secondary, was Psychic Blast. At the time, I was a very impressionable "noob" and I felt like all I was, was a "healer". I learned out the hard way and consider myself the equally balanced buffer/blaster.

I'd have to say that I would not want to do it differently. I have always enjoyed the Empathic abilities and the Psychic Blasts. It all works well into Tax E Girl's background. Why and how she gained her abilities and where she comes from, which is The Hollows, of all places.

Tax E Girl is unique in that she is fierce in how she deals with her teammates. She is a leader and she can take commands when necessary. True this can be said of all types of characters. I'm sure you can all say that of yourselves. But what makes her unique is her background story. Her ever changing powers. I made it so that whenever she gains a respec, she uses it. Some kind of change happens in her, (roleplaying aspect wise) and hence I change her powers slightly. It makes it new for me when I play her and that makes her unique.

I'm trying this CSS thing out, but I decided to just find one first before I start fiddling with it myself. I can do the HTML, but it's... oh, 1:43 am and I'm kinda fried. So if this looks mucked up, I'm sure people will let me know.

I'll leave this go for now and check some more art before bed. I'm interested in getting some books on drawing, anything... does anyone have suggestions. Thanks in advance.
